3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use certain features on the platform, users must create an account. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Muslimah Jobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false information or used for unauthorized purposes.

4. Job Listings and Applications

Employers are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the job listings they post on the platform. All job postings must comply with relevant legal standards and be in line with Muslimah Jobs’ policies on respect and inclusivity. Job seekers should review job listings carefully and apply only for positions that align with their qualifications. Muslimah Jobs does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of the jobs posted and assumes no liability for interactions between job seekers and employers.

5. Paid Services

Muslimah Jobs offers various paid services, including employer packages, career coaching, and career courses. All purchases are subject to our payment terms. Refunds for paid services will only be provided in cases of error or failure to deliver services as described. Users may cancel their subscription or packages by notifying us; however, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund unless explicitly stated.

6. User Conduct

Users are expected to engage on the platform respectfully and professionally. Discriminatory, harassing, or offensive language and behavior are strictly prohibited. Users must not use the platform to misrepresent themselves or to solicit, advertise, or engage in any activity outside the scope of the platform’s purpose. Muslimah Jobs reserves the right to suspend or remove any user who violates these guidelines.

7. Content Ownership and License

The content of job listings and CVs is the property of the users who created them. By submitting this content on Muslimah Jobs, users grant Muslimah Jobs a non-exclusive right to use, display, and share this content as necessary for the platform’s functionality and promotional activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Muslimah Jobs is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from users’ interactions on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, disputes between job seekers and employers, missed opportunities, or employment outcomes. Muslimah Jobs does not guarantee the security, accuracy, or reliability of user-generated content and is not liable for any potential damages related to information shared on the platform.

9. Termination of Access

Muslimah Jobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the platform at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of policy violations or misuse of the platform. Users whose access has been terminated may lose access to all data and content associated with their account, and Muslimah Jobs is under no obligation to provide access to terminated accounts or data.
